Job Description:


We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent
Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) with a focus on
vHGS/TicketShop to join our Sales Services department in Frankfurt am Main starting on April 1st, 2024.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Processing ticket orders in the regional background system (vHGS) and occasionally in the customer management system (KMS 2)
  • Issuing and sending paper tickets and RMV eTickets
  • Handling ticket complaints and payment returns (SEPA, credit card, PayPal) and ensuring the collection of outstanding payments
  • Creating SEPA direct debits and monitoring and posting incoming payments in the subsidiary accounting system
  • Acting as a point of contact for customer inquiries and RMV customer communication
  • Finalizing case processing in the customer portal ELMA
  • Providing advice to public transport passengers via phone, email, or mail regarding fares, tickets, and all questions related to the RMV-Hand
