Responsibilities:

  • Commercial processing of construction projects
  • Risk assessment and cost tracking of each project
  • Invoicing and billing
  • Construction site control
  • Contract management
  • Reporting

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship
  • At least 1 year of professional experience as a project manager/construction manager (m/f/d)
  • Team spirit, commitment, and independent work ethic
  • Good German language skills in spoken and written form
