Murdock, MN is seeking a skilled M109/M992 Specialist to join our team and support the most exciting and meaningful missions in the world.

Positions Reporting to this Function:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair malfunctions on various systems of the M109 and M992, including the Hull, Turret, and communications.
Prepare records of repairs, inspections, and tests and make them available to the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Departments.
Ensure procedures are adequate for quality control, reject defective workmanship and materials, and provide guidance for adjustments.
Maintain communication with Quality Assurance and Logistics Assistance Representatives to manage assets in maintenance and readiness.
Assist functional areas in achieving and sustaining International Organization for Standardization 9001 standards.
Promote and teach quality as a means for product improvement and efficiency, in accordance with applicable Army Regulations and Technical Manuals.
Train contract employees through teaching, coaching, and mentoring.
Develop and implement standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation in accordance with customer guidance and regulatory requirements.
Ensure contractual and corporate compliance of work performed and interact with customers to provide milestones for success.
Promote a safetyfirst mentality and a culture of low accident rates and minimal losttime injuries.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet company goals and objectives.
Maintain a daily timesheet and daily manning report, ensuring accuracy.
