We are looking for a
Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) for a renowned lawyer specializing in commercial law and international business and corporate law in Loxahatchee Groves, FL.

The position is available in both
part-time and
full-time.

Your responsibilities:

File management and
organization

  • Receiving and
    redirecting phone calls

Client support

Deadline management and
scheduling appointments

  • Independently
    drafting correspondence
  • Handling incoming and outgoing
    mail
  • Preparing and
    drafting legal documents, contracts, and other materials (dictation)
  • General
    administrative and
    organizational tasks

Your qualifications:

  • Completed training as a
    legal assistant (m/f/d) or a commercial training, such as
    office management assistant (m/f/d),
    office communication clerk (m/f/d),
    office clerk (m/f/d) or similar
  • Work experience in an
    office is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Good knowledge of
    MS Office is required
  • Excellent
    German and good
    English skills in
    spoken and written are a
    must
