  • The Bielefeld Franziskus Hospital is one of five acute care hospitals of the Catholic Hospital Association Ostwestfalen. Each year, approximately 13,000 inpatients and 31,000 outpatients are treated in the ten specialist clinics and centers (obesity center, endoprosthetics center, and oncology center with breast cancer center, colon cancer center, and prostate cancer center). Your tasks with us:


  • You are responsible for the professional care of patients with surgical conditions, taking into account nursing and interdisciplinary standards.
  • Assessing and determining the nursing needs, as well as coordinating and documenting all measures within the nursing process, are part of your tasks.
  • You are involved in the preparation, assistance, and followup of diagnostic and therapeutic measures.
  • Working in a multidisciplinary team on an equal footing completes your area of responsibility.

What will inspire us about you:

  • You are a team player (m/f/d) with a completed training as a health and nursing professional or nursing specialist (m/f/d).
  • Ideally, you already have experience in the field of surgery.
  • A further education as a practical instructor or wound expert (ICW) is desirable
