- 5-10 years' experience in B2B sales in the ingredients industry
- Hours: Daytime
- Compensation: $140k plus bonus
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned territory
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experiences
- Develop sales strategies, account plans, and identify growth opportunities
- Conduct market research to generate leads and business opportunities
- Implement effective lead generation campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
- Maximize revenue within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling
- Forecast future sales and align with organizational initiatives to drive customer value
- Maintain customer forecasting and align with Supply Chain for proper inventory planning
- Negotiate pricing agreements with clients to stay competitive and maximize profitability
- Required Education: Bachelor's degree (chemistry, chemical engineering, or business administration, marketing)
- Preferred Education: Master's degree (chemistry, chemical engineering, or business administration, marketing)
- 5-10 years' experience in B2B sales in the ingredients industry
- Experience in Vitamin E, Antioxidants, or Sterol Esters in Personal Care or HI&I industries is a plus
- Chemical Distribution or Manufacturing experience is beneficial
