    GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:

    The National Account Manager will focus on large accounts and distributors. The National Account Manager will be the lead point of contact for all customer matters, anticipate customer needs, work within the company to ensure profitable sales growth.

    CORE & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Develops a solid and trusting relationship between major channel customers and companies
    • Resolves key customer issues and complaints.
    • Develops a complete understanding of key account needs.
    • Anticipates key account changes and improvements.
    • Manages communications between key clients and internal teams.
    • Drives activities in a manner that increases brand awareness, product presence and revenue generation for all company products.
    • Coordinates activities with marketing that target specific areas where increased traffic is anticipated.
    • Develops and implements action plans that increase company product presence, either face-to-face or phone contact with venue managers to ensure adequate stock is on-hand to meet anticipated sales.
    • Monitor sales data on a continual basis and utilize sales analytics to grow the business.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree.
    • MBA Preferred.
    • Experience: minimum 3 to 5 years of similar experience in an account team role.
    • Preferred direct selling to targeted customers.
    • Demonstrates aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
    • Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
    • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software.
    • Ability to manage and successful work under tight time constraints.
    • Must possess a valid state motor vehicle driver's license and maintain an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
    • Must be able to travel to meetings, conferences, etc.
