Team Leader in the Warehouse (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • You will take on the disciplinary and professional leadership of the shift employees in the spare parts warehouse
  • In this position, your tasks will include shift planning, instructing, as well as leading and motivating employees
  • You will plan and coordinate the execution of all tasks and work processes in the spare parts warehouse and internal transports
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for process control and optimization
  • You will ensure compliance with operational key figures and regularly monitor them
  • Planning and conducting trainings and instructions are also part of your tasks

Your profile:

  • Several years of professional experience in the logistics field
  • Knowledge in handling automated warehouses as well as in the areas of picking and work preparation
  • Team spirit and enjoyment of working together with colleagues
  • Proficient in warehouse management programs in the SAP environment
  • Forklift license including driving experience
