    DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

    High school diploma or GED is required
    A minimum of 2 years of experience providing administrative support
    Proficiency in Excel is a MUST
    Work well under pressure and deadlines
    Ability to prioritize and multitask, with strong written and verbal communication skills
    Must have a positive and professional demeanor
    Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check

    WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
    As the Sales Coordinator, you will communicate with internal and external clients while supporting the Sales team. This is a great opportunity to jumpstart your career in an organization with an international supply chain.
    WHAT WILL YOU DO?

    Manage customer documents to ensure information is entered correctly
    Communicate with customers and vendors directly via email and phone
    Create invoices and send them to customers directly
    Process Vendor Payables for accuracy and commu nicate with the Accounting Department
    Collaborate with vendors regarding pricing for new clients
    File and organize documen ts into appropriate folders
