Corrpro Companies is looking for a Sales Administrative Coordinator.

The position is remote but you must be in the Central or Mountain time zones to support Sales staff in Central, Mountain and Pacific time zones.


Corrpro, a subsidiary of Aegion Corporation, is a corrosion engineering, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring business for the protection and preservation of infrastructure.

Corrpro provides professional corrosion consulting and cathodic protection engineering services to major oil companies, government agencies, municipal water, sewer and gas utilities, universities, and public transportation agencies.

Support the execution of annual regional sales plans to support revenue and profit objectives

Act as the liaison between Business Development Managers and the estimating group to ensure timely and accurate bid submission, including the insurance that all client provided items are given to estimating and all estimates contain the necessary client requested items.

Process incoming material orders in support of Business Development Managers
Manage communication with internal product specialist for material pricing and submittal information
Lead the material take off process with relevant internal or external resources
Assist in tracking / follow-up, data collection and management to ensure highest probability of accuracy and success of CRM data
Assist with document control of sales, marketing, and proposal documents
Assist in the bid searches through identified services or municipal sites and monitor for upcoming bid opportunities
Review specifications, send out RFI information, maintain all deadlines, and timely submit public bids and
subcontractor proposals
Provide costs and pertinent information required in preparing and submitting bids and quotations to appropriate inter-company parties
Manage contract review process with inter-department groups


QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree preferred
2 years of experience in a Sales administrative support role require
Hands on experience with CRM systems, experience with Salesforce is highly preferred
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Excellent communication skills
Experience working in remote environment
Analytical and multitasking skills
Teamwork and motivational skills
