Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Catering Sales Coordinator.

As a Catering Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through proactive selling and client relationship management.

You will work closely with prospective clients to understand their event needs, provide customized catering solutions, and ensure a seamless booking process.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries and leads, responding promptly and professionally
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their catering requirements and preferences
Create tailored proposals and menus based on client needs and budget
Coordinate tastings and site visits to showcase our offerings and facilities
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure bookings
Work closely with the culinary and operations teams to ensure successful event execution
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond to ensure client satisfaction
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Qualifications:

Previous experience in catering sales or a related field
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
Knowledge of the local event and hospitality industry is advantageous
