    Job Summary:

    Ruggable is in search of a seasoned Operations Manager to join our expanding team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves overseeing print, production, and warehouse/logistics operations in a multi-shift setting that operates seven days a week.

    The position holds overall accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and personnel metrics. The Operations Manager will cultivate a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational distinction.

    You will serve as the primary contact for all operational activities and be prepared to act on behalf of the Plant Manager.

    This presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter eager to contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and high-achieving team.

    What You'll Do:

    - Enhance plant safety and promote Ruggable's value-centered culture
    - Strategize, coordinate, and execute daily operations to achieve plant SQDCP objectives
    - Assist department managers in meeting KPIs and initiating corrective measures when required
    - Evaluate production capabilities and capacities against immediate and future business requirements; strategize to bridge any gaps
    - Utilize data to pinpoint and implement performance enhancements and minimize inefficiencies
    - Offer guidance, advancement, and leadership to our operations team
    - Recruit, train, mentor, and oversee associates, team leads, and supervisors
    - Cultivate strong relationships with various stakeholders throughout the organization
    - Contribute to overall business strategizing, including weekly and monthly projections and resource management
    - Spearhead strategic initiatives within the plant and network to further company aims and key results (OKRs)

    What You'll Need to Have:

    Required:
    - 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
    - 5-7 years of team leadership, creation, and coaching experience
    - Financial acumen including budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and cost management
    - Proficiency in industry standards, equipment, technical knowledge, and regulations
    - Experience in developing and enhancing manufacturing processes
    - Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
    - Comfort working in a rapid-paced setting with minimal supervision
    - Skill in interviewing, hiring, training, rewarding, and disciplining staff
    - Bachelor's degree in engineering/supply chain/ops management, or equivalent

    Preferred:
    - Proficiency in conversational or fluent Spanish
    - Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification

    Compensation:

    - Base salary of $100,000 - $120,000 annually
    - An annual bonus percentage based on the role's level
    - Employer match (up to 3% of base salary) for the company's sponsored 401K plan
