    We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a RevOps Manager at Photobooth Supply Co. This role is essential in streamlining our operations to drive revenue growth and ensure seamless integration between sales, marketing, and customer success.

    • Project Completion: Ensure 100% completion of revenue team projects on time and within budget.
    • Sales Efficiency: Reduce the sales cycle length by 20% and increase close ratios through better use of sales tools and processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership:

    • Focus on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success: Develop a comprehensive revenue operations framework to align teams and drive efficient processes.
    • Streamline Tools and Processes: Optimize tools and processes using cutting-edge technologies like AI for enhanced efficiency.
    • Data Strategy Development: Create a robust data strategy for actionable insights to support decision-making.
    • Build Department Foundations: Establish processes, systems, and culture for the RevOps department.
    • Develop Policies: Implement policies guiding revenue operations and alignment with company goals.

    Operational Excellence:

    • Support Sales Operations: Assist in managing lead scoring, pipeline, and sales tool utilization for improved efficiency.
    • Enhance Marketing Operations: Optimize lead generation, campaign tracking, and conversion metrics for effectiveness.
    • Strengthen Customer Success Operations: Improve onboarding processes and customer retention strategies.
    • Project Management: Oversee project delivery aligned with company goals.
    • Develop Reporting and Analytics: Create dashboards and reports for key metrics and actionable recommendations.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Foster Alignment and Communication: Ensure alignment between teams through collaborative efforts.
    • Drive Change Management: Lead initiatives for new processes and technologies adoption.
    • Provide Training and Support: Deliver training on tools and processes for team efficiency.
    • Oversee Project Implementation: Manage RevOps strategies integration into daily operations.

    Tactical Implementation:

    • Manage Lead Operations: Oversee lead routing processes for efficient sales handoff.
    • Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain data accuracy in CRM and systems.
    • Implement Revenue Attribution: Set up systems for accurate revenue attribution to sales efforts.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in revenue operations, sales, or similar role focused on sales, marketing, and customer success.
    • Strong analytical and project management skills.
    • Experience with CRM, marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
