    Description

    Summary

    Join us as the Operations Support Manager, where you'll play an essential role in fostering company culture, values, branding, and development activities that are aligned with our mission and vision. Working closely with the Senior Director of Property Management, you'll be involved in reviewing, developing, and executing strategies to enhance the success of all properties within our portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversight of properties to ensure they meet performance goals and standards
    • Research and analyze industry trends to make strategic recommendations
    • Assist in policy formulation, goal setting, and operational efficiency improvements
    • Collaborate on training initiatives and software enhancements
    • Conduct property maintenance evaluations and safety inspections
    • Monitor maintenance operations and budget compliance
    • Assist in vendor management and compliance
    • Support onboarding of new properties and file audit processes
    • Ensure regulatory compliance and quality resident screening processes
    • Handle other duties as assigned

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of operational or project management experience
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and property care
    • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure

    Physical Requirements

    • Travel to multiple property locations and attend meetings
    • Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and walking
    • Operate office machinery and work in various environmental conditions

    Other Requirements

    • Driving is necessary, valid driver's license and insurance required

    Flexibility in assigning duties and responsibilities at any time.
