Job DetailsUnder the general direction of the ACCS Clinical Program Director, the Assistant Program Director is responsible for the overall clinical and administrative supervision of ACCS team staff and functions, including day-to-day oversight of the program, supervision of staff, scheduling, personnel management, and program quality and development.

Adult Clinical Community Services is a program that serves adults with mental health concerns recover by providing clinical and rehabilitative interventions and other services, including peer, family and housing support.

Behavioral Health Network is a growing non-profit community behavioral health agency that has been providing services to children, adults, families and communities in Western Massachusetts since 1938.

BHN provides comprehensive, outcome-driven behavioral health care.

We are dedicated to offering high quality, affordable and culturally appropriate care to people of all ages and income levels in our constituent communities.

Implements other clinical or administrative tasks as may be assigned by Clinical Program Director.

Broad knowledge of mental illness and treatment techniques, particularly severely and persistently mentally ill adults, severely emotionally disturbed children, substance use disorders, and the impact of social determinants of overall health.

Knowledge of mental illness, the interface between mental health and medical conditions and systems, substance abuse, and care management.
