Through dynamic entrepreneurial and human service leadership, the Mental Health Resource Center (MHRC) Program Director is responsible for the development and oversight of Gilead's Mental Health Resource Center, a growing business effort serving those seeking mental health support primarily in Connecticut's Middlesex County.
Crucial enterprises of the Director include:
- Maintaining an intimate knowledge of the unmet mental health support needs of the various constituents of Middlesex County
- Identifying creative revenue and service solutions to develop and sustain a viable business model.
- Building relationships with key community stakeholders, strategic partners, and potential consumers
- Facilitating the development of a system of navigation to assist consumers in accessing treatment and support services
- Nurturing the people and programming that provide MHRC services.
While the MHRC Director reports to a Department Clinical Director, the Director has a public-facing role and will interface with a diverse array of community stakeholders, Gilead board members and all levels of Gilead administration.
- Degree: Master's Degree preferred with entrepreneurial experience and exposure to healthcare. Licensed Degree a plus.
- Number of Years of Experience: 5 Total, 2 years Management
