    Health Benefits Administrator

    We are currently seeking a candidate with customer services skills and a basic knowledge of the health insurance market for a client in Akron, Ohio

    In this position, you will be working with a company whose goal is to be the one-stop-shop for all insurance needs. They have been in business for over 40 years, collaborated with more than 20 trusted insurance partners, and have 2 different Ohio locations Do they sound like a good fit for you? Read on

    Shifts Available:
    • 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 2:00PM
    • Part time, 25 hours / week
    Pay:
    • $20 / hour
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare new proposals / renewals for clients
    • Handle correspondence / clerical processing of accounts
    • Help clients make coverage changes
    • Create / maintain relationships with new / existing clientele
    • Educate clients / agents about policy coverage / carrier updates
    • Answer phones
    Minimum Requirements:
    • Knowledge / Understanding of the Health Care / Health Insurance Market
    • Knowledge / Understanding of Medicare Market
    • Knowledge of Basic Computer Skills including Microsoft Suites
    • Ability to multi-task / communicate well
    • Strong organizational / problem solving skills
    • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
    • Work well in a team environment
