Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and execute leases and contracts with tenants
- Maintain accurate tenant files and ensure all documentation is uptodate
- Conduct data entry for tenant information and lease agreements
- Provide administrative support for real estate and legal matters
- Assist in sales activities related to property leasing
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent etiquette
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with LIHTC and Section 8 programs
- Proficiency in file management and data entry
- Strong understanding of real estate administrative processes
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management
- Sales experience is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette skills for effective communication
Pay:
$45, $50,000.00 per year
