- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, action trackers and budgets
- Track project progress and report status to project sponsors/stakeholders
- Escalate any project risks appropriately and provide project risk mitigation strategies with the support of the projects SMEs
- Communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors and internal departments
- Coordinate and facility project meetings, including scheduling, agenda and meeting minutes
- Manage project change requests and ensure all changes are documented to site standards
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement projects and/or programs
- Other duties as assigne
- 1-3 years' experience managing/coordinating projects
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as part of a team
- Proficiently in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management software is a plus
- Experience working in a Biotech or pharmaceuticals
- Ability to succinctly communicate level of risk, priority or impact to the business
- Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required. Will consider US domestic travelers and relocation.
