• Coordinate and manage projects, schedules, Schedules-Microsoft Project permitting
• Assist in the development and implementation of project plans with assistant
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports
• Conduct research and analysis to support project decisionmaking. preset sub bids for

• Assist in the resolution of project issues and conflicts
• Provide administrative support to the project team as needed

• P.O oversight, project material order oversight

• Proven experience in project coordination or related roles/construction background.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in 2020 software (cabinet design) Sage 100, Dropbox, monday app, etc.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
• Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
