Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage projects, schedules, Schedules-Microsoft Project permitting
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans with assistant
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports
- Conduct research and analysis to support project decisionmaking. preset sub bids for
- Assist in the resolution of project issues and conflicts
- Provide administrative support to the project team as needed
- P.O oversight, project material order oversight
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project coordination or related roles/construction background.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in 2020 software (cabinet design) Sage 100, Dropbox, monday app, etc.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Pay:
$75, $85,355.00 per year
