Our client, a renowned coffee manufacturer, is seeking several Email Agents (m/f/d) for written customer support in full-time and part-time positions in Chesapeake, VA.
Your responsibilities:
You will competently respond to customer inquiries via email in the area of coffee enjoyment/coffee machines. You will provide information on order status/complaint processing.
Your profile:
- Previous experience in customer support is desirable
- Excellent German language skills
- Strong communication skills/grammar
- Proficient spelling skills
- Advanced MS Office knowledge
- Attention to detail
