Responsibilities:

  • Processing of letters of credit
  • Handling of export orders
  • Preparation of offers and order processing including cost calculation
  • Application and monitoring of foreign guarantees
  • Goods receipt control
  • Customs clearance
  • Shipment monitoring
  • Loading (including issuance or procurement of necessary documents)
  • Communication with freight forwarders, customers, and suppliers
  • Coordination of shipping tasks, if necessary, to country departments

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship as foreign trade merchant or freight forwarder
  • Relevant professional experience as an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO)
  • Knowledge of the freight forwarding industry is desirable
  • Proficient in all MS Office products
  • Organizational skills
  • Confident demeanor
  • Excellent English language skills, knowledge of French and/or Russian would be desirable.
