- You will serve as the focal point for the administration and operation of Linux and Windows Server 2003/2008 application servers and peripheral of NALCOMIS Optimized Immediate Maintenance Activity in support of naval aviation maintenance and supply.
- You will manage systems resources including performance, capacity, availability, serviceability, and recoverability.
- You will manage, plan and schedule the installation of new or modified hardware, operating systems application software, system fixes, updates and enhancements.
- You will execute a variety of database utility functions, update user manuals, authenticate and install procedures, system administration functions and related IT security features.
- You will assist customers in navigating and accessing databases using various interface methods.
- You will correct security vulnerabilities in assigned systems in response to problems identified in vulnerability reports
