- Hybrid remote work is available. Our current office schedule is 1 day per week, but additional in-office days may be needed based on customer requirements
- Handling service calls, analyzing issues, confirming service classification, urgency, and priorities, and providing solutions whenever possible
- Participating in bridge calls for major incidents, aiding in application classification, and validating proposed mitigation/recovery plans
- Gathering business requirements using appropriate techniques
- Thoroughly analyzing requirements for completeness and consistency, considering impact and interdependencies
- Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Managing requirement development processes and communicating plans effectively
- Defining business requirements, use cases, and specifications with precision
- Documenting requirements in detail to ensure comprehension by all stakeholders
- Facilitating a common understanding among stakeholders and obtaining sign-off
- Reviewing and approving QA test plans and cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage
- Addressing queries from QA and development leads regarding requirements

- Knowledge of shipping domain business and applications is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and business process analysis skills are crucial
- Proficiency in technical and business writing, along with effective communication and presentation skills
