- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for development teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation.
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools such as BPMN or Visio.
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques and SQL querying is a plus.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
- Experience in industries such as technology, finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes.
