- High school diploma or GED. If you don't have either of these qualifications, our supervisors can evaluate your skills and certify that you can perform key job functions such as documentation and reading comprehension.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Active CPR and First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, an active auto insurance policy, and a clean driving record.
- Proof of tuberculosis clearance within the past year (or clearance prior to starting). Full Life will assist you with obtaining your clearance.
- No previous work experience is necessary; we will train and develop the right person

For over two decades, Full Life has been a beacon of hope for individuals seeking assistance in leading a self-directed life. Our humble beginnings as a small agency have been transformed into a comprehensive Support Specialist with not one but two offices located in Hilo and Kona and an Adult Day Health Learning Center in Kona. Requirements:

We offer a highly competitive salary range for our employees. The full-time Kona position starts at $18.50 per hour, while full-time Hilo begins at $17.50 per hour. For part-time positions, the starting rate is $16.00 per hour. Additionally, some positions with the most support are compensated at a starting rate of $19.50 per hour. We also offer incentives for completing and maintaining annual training requirements, which demonstrates our commitment to supporting our team's growth and success.
