THESE TASKS AWAIT YOU:
As an administrative specialist at Home Instead, you will be our first voice on the phone and responsible for office management as well as staffing our customer assignments. You will coordinate schedules, taking into account customer and employee preferences. Your tasks also include supporting and relieving internal departments with administrative tasks, such as billing for services and personnel.
