Your tasks

Support in the development of the 360° strategy for international Lidl communication in the Strategy & Concepts team
Consulting for the strategic support of projects from specialist departments, Lidl countries or management
Creation and implementation of communication concepts and decision papers (e.g. board presentations)
Support of strategic stakeholder management in cooperation with other teams in the Corporate Affairs department (Commtech & Insights, Content & Communications, CSR) as well as relevant specialist departments (especially marketing and HR)
Optimization of structures and collaboration models for the Corporate Affairs department, including collaboration with other departments, divisions and service providers
