Financial and Asset Accounting Clerk (m/f/d)

Introduction

Every day is payday with us. As a team, we are responsible for processing and timely payment of all incoming invoices, as well as ensuring the commercial security of our supply and logistics chains in the sea and land freight sector. You will have the opportunity to dive deep into goods, financial, asset, and logistics accounting, as well as controlling topics that support top management in their decision-making. Together, we support our organization on an equal footing with all commercial issues.

Your tasks

Examination, classification, and booking of incoming invoices, including checking tax requirements in financial accounting and activation of fixed assets
Support in monthly and annual financial statements, as well as processing of evaluations and ad-hoc requests
Contact person for our suppliers and specialist departments in accounting matters
Review, processing, and clarification of open items in accounts payable and receivable, as well as conducting payment runs and debt management

Your profile

Successfully completed commercial training
First professional experience in accounting or as an accountant (m/f/d); ideally in asset accounting
Extensive knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Experience with SAP FI is an advantage
