For our location in Attendorn Plant 4, we are currently looking for several:

Machine and Plant Operators (m/f/d)


Your responsibilities:

  • Operating welding systems and welding robots for the production of welded assemblies and components
  • Independent inspection of parts and assemblies for deviations from quality specifications and documentation of these deviations
  • Reporting malfunctions and participating in identifying their causes and, if necessary, in resolving them
  • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace
  • Performing TPM activities (TPM = Total Production Maintenance = minor maintenance work) on machines, tools, and the workplace

Your convincing profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator, metalworking specialist, or equivalent
  • Alternatively, several years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in the above-mentioned tasks and a good understanding of technical work processes
  • High awareness of safety
  • Strong reliability and high quality standards for your own work
  • High flexibility, commitment, and teamwork skills
