Responsibilities

Professional and operational management and development of our national and international sales teams

Tasks

  • Management and development of 25 employees in both inside and outside sales
  • Establishment and (co-)design of a new CRM system
  • Implementation of sales and marketing strategies in Germany, Denmark, Sweden, and the Netherlands
  • Preparation and execution of internal sales trainings (in-person and online) including documentation
  • Management of selected international key customers
  • Development of an interactive conversation guide for successful sales conversations and handling objections
  • Individual, needs-based team and individual coaching
  • Focus on and potential expansion of our new customer acquisition
  • Participation in selected seminars and trade fairs in Northern Europe
  • Direct reporting to the department and sales management

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience in a management position
  • Extensive experience in (preferably technical) B2B sales
  • Strong sales mentality with persuasive and communication skills
  • Independent and structured work style
