Your Responsibilities:


  • Independent processing of salary payments using Saphir for bluecollar and whitecollar employees
  • Reporting and certification
  • Interface with other departments such as accounting
  • Ongoing salary processing for a defined group of employees in compliance with applicable tax and social security regulations and employment agreements
  • Processing of bonuses and all employer benefits
  • Reconciliation of personnel accounts with accounting
  • Contact with authorities and offices, including certification
  • Maintenance and control of IT systems for time tracking, payroll processing,
