We are a social care organization in Tomales, CA, providing care services for seniors and a variety of housing and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

Our team of over 1,750 employees from various professions is dedicated to this mission.


We are currently seeking a full-time (39 hours/week), permanent
Deputy House Manager (m/f/d) for our senior center in Cologne-Sülz with 86 care places, starting on March 1, 2023.


What you can contribute:


  • Assumption of management tasks, scheduling and personnel management
  • Ensuring care and support for our residents
  • Maintaining contact with family members
  • Personnel planning and workflow design
  • Professional care planning and documentation
  • Implementation and further development of the care and support concept
  • Implementation of principles and standards for quality assurance

What convinces us:


  • Completed 3year training as a certified geriatric nurse, health and nursing nurse, or a comparable qualification
  • Further training as a residential area manager and initial experience in a leadership position are desirable, but not mandatory
  • Good MS Office skills and experience with computerbased documentation
  • Responsibility and commitment, authenticity, and team orientation
  • Social competence and empathy
