The University of Media in Stuttgart trains media specialists specifically in the field of media for companies, organizations, and public sector institutions.

Currently, we offer over 30 bachelor's and master's programs to more than 5,500 students.

We are currently seeking a full-time project employee (m/f/d) in the Human Resources department for a fixed term until December 31, 2028, for the FutureMediaProf project with the reference number WS222341M.

As part of the FutureMediaProf project, HdM aims to increase its attractiveness for future professors through six sub-projects and position itself as an interesting and forward-thinking employer.

To achieve this, we plan to establish an employer brand and implement measures to attract and inspire potential candidates for a career as a professor at a university of applied sciences.

Your tasks will include:

Coordination of the six subprojects (acting as a liaison between project management and finance department, project administration and organization)
Development of an employer brand in collaboration with the university's communication and human resources department
Design and implementation of employer branding campaigns and management of related measures
Support for adjunct professors and applicants in appointment procedures
Development and implementation of measures to introduce interested individuals to the career of a university lecturer

We expect from you:

Completed degree (master's/diploma), preferably with a focus on marketing, business administration, or human resources, with professional experience in recruitment and/or employer branding, or
