- Manage intake of potential clients from beginning to end with attention to detail for information while providing empathetic communication skills
- Handle communication with clients and potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service while answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings and appointments
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new software such as court-filing computer systems.
- Outstanding time-management and typing skills.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in legal intakes is a plus.
