    About the Job:

    We are seeking a motivated Enterprise sales leader to contribute to global security efforts against advanced threats. As the Regional Sales Manager, Majors, you will oversee major Enterprise accounts, communicate CrowdStrike's value proposition effectively, and collaborate with clients to tackle security challenges. This position demands strong executive connections, adaptability, and a proactive approach to achieving results. Join us in the Dallas area to make a difference!

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Create and execute account strategies to drive new business growth and revenue expansion.

    • Negotiate agreements to surpass booking and revenue targets.

    • Engage with key decision makers in prospect accounts.

    • Maintain relationships with industry executives and drive sales strategy.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally to engage target accounts and prospects.

    • Utilize partner relationships to enhance sales opportunities.

    • Manage prospect information in Salesforce.com.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in target account selling and consultative sales.

    • Problem-solving skills with a focus on swift resolution.

    • Good understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies.

    • Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives.

    • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

    • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

    • Drive for success and growth.

    Education and Experience:

    • 10+ years of solution selling experience in software or infrastructure security.

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree required.
