    About the Role:

    Come on board and join our team at CrowdStrike where we are on the lookout for a highly motivated Enterprise sales executive! Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to protect organizations worldwide from the most advanced cyber attackers out there.

    As the Regional Sales Manager, Majors, you'll be handling our biggest Enterprise accounts. Your job? Show clients why CrowdStrike's products are the best fit for them and assist them in outsmarting cyber threats. The ideal candidate for this role has high-level connections, is adaptable to changing environments, and is driven by results.

    What's in it for you? This isn't a desk job; you'll be out in the field and we're currently looking for talents in the Dallas metro area.

    What You'll Do:

    • Develop and execute account strategies to win new business and boost revenue within your region.
    • Negotiate and finalize agreements to surpass revenue targets.
    • Connect with decision makers in key prospect accounts.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision makers at all levels in the industry.
    • Collaborate with various teams to engage prospects and target accounts effectively.
    • Partner with other salespeople to maximize opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate prospect information using Salesforce.com.

    What You'll Need:

    • Experience in target account selling and consultative sales.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues.
    • Deep knowledge of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies.
    • Track record of building relationships with senior executives.
    • Ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.
    • Excellent communication and closing skills.
    • Strong time management and decision-making skills.
    • Self-motivation and teamwork abilities.
    • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
    • Desire to grow with a dynamic company.

    Education and Experience

    • Over 10 years of solution selling experience.
    • Previous success in selling software security products to enterprises.
    • A degree or equivalent experience is a must.
