    Description

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a technical field like computer science, computer engineering, or a related field is a must.
    • 2-4 years of experience are necessary.
    • Excellent ability to handle different cultures and nationalities.
    • Solid knowledge of enterprise information systems such as ERP, PLM, CRM, QMS, etc (e.g., JDE, SAP, Pilgrim) is desirable.
    • Familiarity with FDA guidelines for Software Quality and Systems Validation is a bonus.
    • Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good pharmacovigilance Practice (GVP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).Experience in creating/reviewing/approving validation documentation.
    • Establish and manage software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
    • 3+ years of SQL experience, capable of writing complex queries such as stored procedures, creating indexes, CTE's, Functions, and query optimization.
    • 2+ years of Power BI experience in data usage and export.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite.
    • 2+ years of exposure to python is beneficial. (not mandatory)
    • Ability to adjust to a fast-paced environment.
    • Capability to map, troubleshoot, and enhance interfaces with multiple systems.
    • Background in operating within complex, matrixed, and global business settings.
    • Skill in generating and managing business and technical documentation.
    • Formulate and implement software test plans, scenarios, and cases.
    • Uphold quality assurance standards and ensure products align with customer and industry expectations.
    • Recognize, assess, and document software issues.
    • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
    • Create and employ test automation tools and methodologies.
