Description

Your tasks:

  • Comprehensive technological processing of customer inquiries, as well as handling complete technology projects in the field of horizontal and vertical machining centers.
  • Determination of processing concepts (4-axis and 5-axis technology)
  • Creation of associated cycle time studies and tolerance considerations (feasibility study)
  • Creation, implementation and optimization of NC programs
  • Organization and execution of test cuts
  • Conducting operator and programming trainings
  • Supporting sales at customer sites

Your profile:

  • Commercial-technical training as a machinist or similar
  • Additional qualification such as technician, master or degree in mechanical engineering desirable
  • Proficient CAD/CAM knowledge
  • Experience with Vericut, HyperMill and Fanuc control is advantageous
  • Good knowledge of fixture design (pneumatic/hydraulic)
  • Professional handling of MS Office package
  • Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Reliability, communication skills and teamwork
  • Willingness to travel within Europe
