    This is a unique opportunity to leverage your auditing skills with a fast-growing Las Vegas CPA firm.

    You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of our clients' financial records, ensuring compliance with GAAP, 401K, contracts, and 990 and 5500 regulations, and helping to improve our team's efficiency.

    This is a permanent, full-time position that provides an excellent opportunity for career growth without company politics

    Conduct thorough and detailed financial audits to ensure compliance with GAAP, 401K, 990, and 5500 regulations, as well as any other applicable laws and regulations.

    Identify any financial discrepancies or issues and provide solutions to rectify them.
    Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and make recommendations.
    Stay updated on changes in regulations that may affect our clients' financial operations and ensure compliance.
    Review client policies and procedures, recommending changes where necessary.
    Perform compliance audits for nonprofit organizations.
    Provide guidance and support to junior auditors and other staff members.
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
    A minimum of 4 years of experience in external auditing.
    Proficiency in using auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Experience in nonprofit compliance audits is a plus.
