RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizing, planning, and attending relevant meetings and taking minutes
Creating and reviewing (formal) documents and presentations
Conducting evaluations and creating reports for senior management

(Calculating KPIs to optimize workflows/efficiency, tracking hours to minimize overhead)

Assisting with cost center planning for controlling purposes
Identifying and determining qualification needs for the vehicle development department
Preparing and managing tasks related to audits
Supporting project planning and taking on special projects

PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Good technical understanding and curiosity about technical processes
Strong organizational skills
Structured and independent work style with a quick grasp of concepts
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
Excellent written and verbal English skills
