We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager with a supply chain background to join our team.As the Transportation and Logistics Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product strategy for Transportation / Logistics within the supply chain.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high service levels.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Risk, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure the effective utilization of technology in financial operations.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement transportation and logistics strategies aligned with overall company objectives, ensuring efficient delivery of our products to customers.
Collaborate with transportation and logistics stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into actionable product features and functionalities.
Lead and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including planning, scoping, and delivery, while ensuring high-quality and timely execution.Oversee the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of the transportation and logistics product assets that enable business-critical processes in the supply chain vertical.
Work closely with IT engineers and architects to design and optimize processes, leveraging technology to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance efficiency.
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and trends in transportation/logistics and analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Build and maintain Transportation and Logistics product catalog to capture current capabilities and assess gaps.Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success and impact of financial products, and regularly report on product performance to stakeholders.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure alignment and effective execution of transportation and logistics product initiatives.Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in transportation/ logistics, digital transformation, and product management practices, and apply them to enhance our product offerings.
Mentor, coach, and lead other junior product managers and product owners.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, information systems, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience (3-5 years) as Product Manager or similar role, preferably focusing on Transportation and Logistics solutions.
Solid understanding of transportation regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Experience in developing and executing transportation and logistics product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
Solid understanding and proficiency in ERP, TMS (Transportation Management Systems), and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in Transportation and Logistics is a plus.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of driving results and delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Experience and/ or knowledge in manufacturing, milling operations, or OEM is a plus

COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION:
We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experiences.
Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate's unique set of skills and level of experience.
The starting range for this position is $105, $125,000.00, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience.Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved.
While the specific bonus plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions, the targeted bonus plan and targeted percentage amount for this role is Bonus - MIP, 5% Annual.
