    Key Responsibilities as a Sales Representative
    • Client Engagement: Conduct successful sales calls though product presentations and networking to both B2B and consumer leads. Visit clients in their homes or businesses to discuss their flooring projects.
    • Sales System: Utilize our sales system with the help of a tablet, laptop, and software.
    • B2B sales calls: at least 16 hours per week of sales calls to realtors, property managers, restoration companies, and contractors/home builders in the area.
    • Contact and pursue all consumer leads that come to us via electronic marketing.
    • Attend local events to promote company and find potential customers.
    • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer needs and expectations are met, collaborating with the Install Manager for smooth project execution.
    • Relationship Building: Develop lasting customer relationships and cultivate key referral sources for ongoing business growth.

    Qualifications for Success:
    • Sales Experience: 3-5+ years of in-home and/or outside sales.
    • Industry Knowledge: Flooring experience strongly preferred. Construction or home design knowledge will be considered as well.
    • Drive and Determination: Use competitive drive to exceed sales targets.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

    • Availability: Be available for homeowner appointments in the evenings and on weekends.
    • Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license.
    Compensation:
    • Earning Potential: Strong base plus commission= $90,000-$125,000+. Majority of compensation is commission-based.
