    Key Responsibilities

    The ideal Operations and Analytics Intern candidate must be able to assist execution in:
    • Perform in-depth analysis on large sets of data and information
    • Work with various departments across Golf, Diamond Sports and Marketing to improve Rapsodo's data accuracy and reporting
    • Test and prepare our returned baseball/softball and golf units for refurbishment
    • Assist with the creation of orders and invoices for the Golf and Diamond Sports Sales teams
    • Support inbound and outbound shipping for St. Louis office and warehouse

    Requirements

    Experience/Skills required:
    • Self-motivated worker who thrives in a small business environment
    • Excellent people/communication skills
    • Ability to understand and interpret large sets of data
    • Detail oriented individual that is able to quickly learn key operational processes
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
    • Sports industry experience preferred; passion for sports required
