Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Business Operations Intern for our St. Louis Office. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience by supporting our entire Shared Services organization – data and analytics, marketing, support, Human Resources, and Accounting. This internship provides an excellent learning platform for students or recent graduates interested in exploring the professional world. This person will be responsible for general office duties, including answering incoming calls, inbound/outbound mailings, local office inventory, and more. In addition, this person will provide support to our Business Services Team, Human Resources Team, Marketing and Accounting and Finance Teams. This may include duties like: postings job opportunities across multiple platforms, assisting with social media content curation, blog writing, time-reporting processing, etc. We will teach you all the things - the best candidate for this position will have a positive attitude, be a great communicator and be able to multi-task and thrive as part of a fast-paced organization
