- The ServiceNow Product Owner is a pivotal role responsible for steering the strategic direction of ServiceNow products within our organization.
- Work closely with various business and IT stakeholders to ensure the ServiceNow platform aligns with organizational goals and delivers value.
- This role requires a blend of technical expertise, product management acumen, and a deep understanding of business processes and requirements.
- Define and communicate the vision, roadmap, and goals for ServiceNow products.
- Align ServiceNow product strategy with organizational objectives and ensure the platform continues to deliver value.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring the work aligns with product goals and delivers value.
- Plan and manage ServiceNow releases, coordinating with development teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective deliveries.
- Engage with various stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure the ServiceNow platform meets their requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating communication and understanding.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, usage metrics, and feedback to continually improve the ServiceNow products.
- Oversee the documentation of ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and customizations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, industry best practices, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Promote the adoption of best practices in product management and ServiceNow configurations within the organization
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Masters Degree or relevant product management certification is a plus.
- Minimum three or more years of experience in ServiceNow and have experience with the CSM(Customer Service Management) modules of ServiceNow.
- Experience in product management, product ownership, or a similar role, preferably within a technology or IT service management environment.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and prioritize work based on value, risk, and dependencies.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile, and fast-paced environment.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist is preferred.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile product management certification is a plus.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is $115,000 - $130,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
