Your responsibilities:


  • Expertly answer all customer inquiries received by phone or in writing, including through social media channels
  • Handle customer requests from start to finish (order acceptance, telephone product consultation, checking product availability)
  • Independently handle complaints and grievances, as well as crisis monitoring
  • Record and maintain customer master data
  • Research, review, and document all inquiries in relevant database systems

Your profile:


  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to provide customeroriented solutions and a high level of service and quality
  • Good understanding of business principles
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in office management
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends

Your salary:

In sales, you will receive
12 Euros/hour plus bonuses (an additional average of 2.50 Euros/hour), totaling
2,100 to 2,800 Euros/month or more
