    Regenerative Institute of Newport Beach (RINB) is a physician's office in Newport Beach, CA that specializes in orthopedic medicine and pain management using procedures and minimally invasive surgeries.

    We have a focus in regenerative medicine and utilize Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Stem Cell injections to help the body heal itself and to avoid harsh medications such as opioids.

    We are a very close-knit family and have a very laid back, casual office culture. We will often go out for brunch or happy hours; we have vacationed together on multiple occasions. We would love to welcome you as part of our family.


    We are looking for a BDR that will spend 1-2 days in the Newport Beach office and 3-4 days in the field promoting PRP and Stem Cell procedures to local providers; primarily orange county but if it makes sense, other surrounding counties as well.

    We also have a number of legal services we perform; visiting attorney's offices will also be part of the duties.

    RINB also has a daughter company, Elite Aesthetics and Wellness, a medical aesthetics / med-spa practice.

    There, we perform a full range of procedures including Botox, IV Hydration, Dermal Fillers, Morpheus8 RF microneedling, non-invasive body sculpting, Forma, laser hair removal and much more.

    The BDR will be responsible for lead generation for this practice as well.

    RINB strives to strategically partner with other businesses with common goals (such as physical therapists). The BDR will be expected to establish and foster these relationships.

    The BDR will also participate and/or organize events that will promote the businesses. These may range from attending Chamber of Commerce meetings regularly to organizing happy hours or dinners with vendors/doctors. We also have a suite at Angel's stadium for vendor appreciation.

    We have a separate account executive department so sales will not be as important as lead generation. We also employ outside vendors for digital marketing. We would expect interaction with the various teams.

    Proficiency at Excel is a big plus. We use Freshworks for our CRM; experience would be very beneficial. Bonus is based on KPIs. Easily 6 figure earning potential.
