    As an IT Technical Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative technical support for the Call Center team.

    Qualifications for the position include:

    • Must possess excellent interpersonal communication (verbal/written), attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
    • Minimum two years' experience in a technical administrative support role required.
    • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Windows required;
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
