    Responsibilities:
    - Assist in creating a social atmosphere in the Memory Care area
    - Promote and organize high-quality activities and events for residents
    - Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests
    - Drive Community vehicles when necessary
    - Encourage teamwork and cooperation with other departments

    Qualifications:
    - Minimum 18 years of age
    - High school diploma or equivalent
    - Preferably one (1) year of experience in coordinating activities for seniors
    - Proficient in MS Office programs
    - Required Class C driver license, Class B preferred for resident transportation
